1. Payment Policy
We gladly accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards, Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
2. Correction Policy
We want out clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any services in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 1 week of the Original service. If you are unhappy with your service please let us know so we can make it right. Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meet your satisfaction.
3. Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of service. If possible, we gratefully accept Cash for gratuity.
4. Appointments
"WALK-IN" always welcome, but we do encourage our clients to book appointments a few days in advance in order for us to meet your busy schedule accordingly.
Please call us at least an hour before your late arrival. If you want to cancel or reschedule, please do notify is a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your appointment time.
5. Gift Certificate
Gift certificateare available in any amount. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, no cash refund, not to be used for gratuity
6. Personal Belongings
We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.
